MAJOR opportunity… For me the priorities are about balancing · Physical: strong and agile to maintain my body’s weight with mobility strength with agility. · Mental: well-balanced to manage real-world environmental conditions that might cause stress + anxiety. Have the ability to achieve a positive, self-empowered outlook on life. · Social: human connections and productive relationships to feel connected to others, community, and a sense of belonging. · Emotional: peaceful, energized & resilient awareness to be ready & able to cope with feelings then bounce back from setbacks. Having one personalized, holistic view of my health would be valuable. It will also bridge communication gaps between providers, patients, & caregivers.
