One thing that has come up over and over again in the past few weeks: If it's feeling hard, it's because no one has ever done this before. For so many of us - whether we're working in-house as change agents, solo as new founders and entrepreneurs, or leading teams as we scale purpose-driven businesses - work, even when there are technically a lot of people *around* us, can feel, well, lonely. Start with a quick 10-min workout (even stretching or a stroll works!), dive into self-growth reads, and here's the game-changer: surround yourself with like-minded people. Unleash the potential of Linkedin and other platforms to connect, learn, and flourish in unison. I've tapped into the wisdom of countless change-makers, and guess what? They're right here to encourage, empathize, and uplift you. Personally, I wish I had a genuine mentor (keyword: genuine) or a broader network as I embarked on my social impact and mentorship journey years ago. However, we've conquered the struggles, and now we're extending a hand to you. I'm consistently seeking connections with fellow changemakers, so don't hesitate to reach out.
