Our Founding Fathers gave us a more perfect union, that has lasted 235 years. For the sake of our children and our grandchildren, we must have a rebirth of freedom, a rebirth of our laws, and we must defend all of our Institutions. Every single American must now decide in the election year 2024 whether they still believe in those Founding Fathers, in that U.S. Constitution, our flag, and most importantly all of our well-structured American Institutions. Oh, goody. The Pubs are begging for this: America is a continent, as evidenced by historical maps such as the Waldseemüller map, predating the establishment of the United States. The term “America” refers to the entire landmass, encompassing 37 nations. The United States was named in the Declaration of Independence as “the united States of America,” (lower case “u”) emphasizing its location within the continent. Even in the Constitution, the name “the United States” underscores its connection to America. Referring to the United States alone as “America” is inaccurate, as it overlooks the diverse nations and peoples, such as Hawaiians, who are Pacific Islanders. The U.S. Constitution states the correct name of the country in its text: Section 1: Congress All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.

As an American, Purple Heart veteran, constitutional conservative, Christian, anti-communist, and master electrician, I uphold the Bill of Rights, U.S. Constitution, and the principles of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. I stand for the rule of law, no birthright citizenship, limited government, limited taxation, English as the official language, term limits, age limits, America first, and the teaching of civics and history.

At 9 a.m. Pacific, I join the historic Consolidated Board of Realtists on Juneteenth with highlights from my trilogy on the 13th, 14th and 15th Amendments including We Fought, We Vote: 150th anniversary of the 15th Amendment. The holiday must advance the most successful period of national unity in American history -- three Constitutional amendments in five years--as a result of the political organization and skill of African-Americans.

How do right-wing exclusionary acts reflect what America should be for ALL of ourselves and our Posterity? In a nutshell, they don't and it's time for us to return to the preamble and intention of the Constitution: equal treatment and justice for ALL and protecting this incredible country for generations to come, including the ones coming to age now. Sing it with me, schoolhouse rockers! "We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America"

We are truly blessed in this country we call home. We are privileged to enjoy incredible freedoms, but all too often, we take them for granted. We shouldn't, as many countries do not share these privileges. What we do with these freedoms defines who we are: · The freedom to live, love, and laugh. · The freedom to work hard and succeed. · The freedom to challenge ourselves mentally and physically. · The freedom to debate and question political norms. · The freedom to vote and assist in the political process · The freedom to fail and recover. · The freedom to make choices, both wise and unwise. · The freedom to educate ourselves. · The freedom to make mistakes and learn from them. · The freedom to honor and support those who protect these freedoms · The freedom to honor those who lost their lives protecting freedom. · The freedom to positively impact the lives of others. · The freedom to tell our loved ones how much they mean to us. As we celebrate the 4th of July, think about the choices you’ve made with your freedoms. Happy 4th of July!
