My Journey with Cohabit has given me this opportunity and an adventure in Spain. I have been selected to be a part of The Break Fellowship, a female entrepreneurship program along with 400 amazing and inspiring women. The 12 week hybrid programme that began in June 2023 with weekly sessions of mentoring, coaching, workshops and finally culminating in a 28-day residential program, aims for - Accelerating entrepreneurs on their journey - Building life-long collaborative international communities - A positive impact on the local territories through innovation This brilliant initiative is an EU-funded program for women entrepreneurs to create a stronger women-led business ecosystem in Europe that includes: -     Online training, individual mentoring, and 1 month of working from a local community in Spain. -     +60 hours of high-value specialized training in leadership, business development, management, innovation and design. -     Being part of an international community of 1000 women entrepreneurs with 64 nationalities chosen from all over Europe. Every interaction with the Breakers so far has been an interesting conversation, a new take on issues that these driven women are passionate about. Taiz City Joins the Local Innovators Program (LIP) 2024 We were selected to participate in the 2024 edition of the " Local Innovators Program" and the city of Taiz is now part of the program, joining 100 teams chosen from Latin America, Africa, and Asia. The LIP consists of a powerful 6-month learning experience that join together social entrepreneurs, local government leaders, and other stakeholders in which, through various tools of collaborative systemic innovation and accompanied by a team of facilitators, mentors,and experts, we will be co-designing and developing with community a solution to the identified problem in our city : (solid waste). This global program is promoted by the (AYNI) an alliance between the : RIL, Ashoka, the Colab for Social Innovation, and Vía Educación, organizations committed to systemic innovation, collaborative leadership, and city transformation. I had the honor of convening the groundbreaking Kairos Summit in Umuahia, Abia State, the first of its kind in the region. The event featured distinguished speakers such as Seyi Abiodun CFEI® , Olufukeji "Ejimi" Adegbeye CWM , Chime Emanuel , Uzunma Chikezie (CSM®) , Illashe Otuogbai, and Victor Okeoma, among others.
