Senture is pleased to announce the addition of Bob Tisone as Executive Vice President of Business Development for Senture and Teleperformance Government Services. Senture, a wholly owned subsidiary of Teleperformance, serves as the primary go-to-market entity for the US government and public sector. Tisone will oversee growth with primary responsibility for all business development operations across Federal, State, and Local governments, as well as select related markets. Michael Bryant, who previously held this role, will continue to support key partner relationships and lead US Federal Government business development. Skilled in leadership of teams, day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and government relations, Tisone comes to Senture with over 25 years of experience modernizing government operations to improve citizen engagement and outcomes. “Bob will be a tremendous addition to our Executive Team while we advance into our third decade of serving a variety of government partners and related industries. His keen understanding of leadership, business development, and Government operations is a powerful combination that will greatly benefit the Senture team and our partners,” said Senture President Ron Dull. Growth-driven and insightful, Tisone brings expertise in Public Sector, policy design and implementation, business development operations and governing systems. Skilled in optimizing organizational functionality, streamlining communication, and making key decisions on growth strategies, Tisone possesses notable experience in building teams, strategy development and execution, and facilitating growth. "I am confident the combination of Bob's leadership skills and insight into government's unique challenges and opportunities will reap significant benefits for Senture’s existing and new partners," Dull added. Most recently, Bob served as Vice President and Global Head of Government Business Development for Conduent, a business process outsourcing leader. Before Conduent, he worked at Teradata serving government agencies. Earlier in his career, Bob held positions as Vice President of Government Services at Sallie Mae, Urban/Military Planner at Parsons serving the Department Defense and Deputy Mayor of a city in the Saint Louis Metro area. Bob served as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army, holding operational, combat and leadership positions. His service has led him to Europe, the Mideast, and Asia, to include deployment to Operation Desert Shield and Operation Desert Storm.
