ChatGPT: Improve User Experience Simplify the Checkout Process Provide Clear and Upfront Costs ...... By addressing these key areas, you can create a more seamless and attractive shopping experience, encouraging customers to complete their purchases and thus reducing shopping cart abandonment rates. Me: But what if they abandon the chart after purchase? ChatGPD: If customers abandon the cart after making a purchase, it's less about cart abandonment and more likely about post-purchase disengagement.
