This is the third iteration of El Cap and by far its our best.....and I'm not just saying it, here's why: • the water profile has been really dialed in on this one, it's a pretty 'clean' profile but has been further tweaked to enhance bitterness. • malt additions have been the biggest changes (relatively speaking) as we moved away from Crystal Malt to Simpsons Malt Limited Premium English Caramalt, a small change tbh, but has helped remove a cloying sweetness we found in the previous batch. Resulting in a much better balance of malt and bitterness. • obviously hop products (thank you BarthHaas UK X) have played a massive role too. From Flex and pellets to Incognito and Tetrahop, these have delivered on giving us a tailored bitterness and a real round, almost sweet aroma that we are loving. Ultimately, we are confident you'll love El Cap too, it's both imposing (like El Cap itself) and surprisingly balanced and pintable.

BBQ SALMON Servings: 2 Per Serving: 1 Lean | 2 Condiments 12 oz raw salmon fillet 1 T sugar free barbecue sauce 1 T no sugar added ketchup 2 tsp teriyaki sauce Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Combine barbecue sauce, teriyaki sauce, and ketchup. Spread over salmon. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Yebo Gogo! It’s Potjie o’clock! Beef Sherry Potjie on the Coals. Potjie Beverage - LionLarger In Dooringkloof in Baviaanskloof. Brown the diced onions & peppers in Olive oil. Add the Beef Fillet Cubes to the pot & quickly brown. Add Old Brown Sherry to pot & bring to boil. Add Sweet Chilli Chutney to pot. Add mushrooms to pot. Add tomatoes to pot. Add teaspoon of rock salt to pot. Add teaspoon of pepper corns to pot. Add mixed herbs to pot. Let Pot simmer for 240min. Stir every 30min. Adjust lid to allow pot to thicken. Add layer of potato's to pot. Add layer of carrots to pot. Add layer of butternut to pot. Add layer of baby corn to pot. Let pot simmer for 120min. Cook a side pot of Cous Cous.
