As of May 2022, the most current date of occupational employment data available from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), the BLS reported dental assistant employment in the United States at nearly 363,900. 🕚 The clock struck 6:30 PM as I wrapped up a 10-hour dental hygienist shift. I filled out my timesheet, ready to submit it. As I was approaching the multitasking office manager, she pointed towards the treatment room where the "practice owner" was engaged in a dental procedure. To avoid disruption, I waited in the reception area until the manager was free. At 6:54 PM, I left the practice, contemplating a more efficient way for temp dental professionals to handle timesheets and payments. Fast forward 3 years 🏎 Densub provides the solution with its ePay system, eliminating the cumbersome process of physically submitting timesheets and waiting for approval. Now, dental professionals can enjoy direct payments to their bank accounts, eliminating awkward waits and disruptions during crucial dental procedures. Densub understands and addresses the challenges in dental staffing, providing a hassle-free solution from start to finish. #densub #jobmarket #workflowmanagement #workflowsolutions #jobsearch #dentalprofessionals #pennsylvania #newyork #connecticut

Is your dental office experiencing challenges due to staff shortage? According to a survey released by the American Dental Association in December 2022, about one-third of dental practices are actively seeking to hire administrative professionals. But, a staggering 77% of these practices are experiencing significant challenges in filling these vacancies. One factor that contributes to this is the overburdening work demands that continue to take a mental, physical, and emotional toll on admin staff. Working longer shifts and taking on extra duties and responsibilities can lead to burnout and staff resignations. Let us help you ease the burden on your in-house staff so they can focus on more important tasks and give their full attention to patients, tackle priorities, and still have time to enjoy well-deserved breaks. 🦷 Dental Anesthesia Certified | Registered Dental Hygienist I Credentialed Dental Specialist | OSHA Expert 👤 Authorized Respirator Fit Tester | onDiem Brand Ambassador | Social Media Manager I Chat GPT Proficient
RDH temps will continue to be needed in 2024 to bridge the professional dental staffing shortages felt throughout the US. I have been using OnDiem and have been pleased! The fees are reasonable for dentists, and OnDiem pays the temp directly every Friday, which has been seamless. For the RDH, no more "squabbling" about being paid as a W2 employee or 1099; it's a win-win for the doctor/practice and the RDH. If you are a practice searching for temps, check OnDiem out. If you are an RDH looking for extra $$$ or being a permanent temporary hygienist, check it out, too! I have not had a negative experience yet. Did I mention a reduced dues benefit to ADHA and monthly wellness care benefits? If your goal is to be a permanent temp, there is an opportunity to obtain medical insurance coverage, too. If you are a practice looking for a professional temp in your area, you may use my referral link for a reduced fee benefit: https://lnkd.in/ecekMqtv #OnDiem #temporarystaffing #dental #dentaltemp #dentalRDH #permtemp #patientcare #DSO #privatepractice #professionaltemp
