An aspiring Dental Hygienist? Here’s a career tip for you: practice your skill and stamina! A critical component of a successful career in dental hygiene is the development of exceptional dexterity and physical stamina. These skills are essential as a dental hygienist is tasked with intricate work in the confined spaces of the oral cavity, requiring both precision and a steady hand. In addition to fine motor skills, the role of a dental hygienist is physically demanding. It involves maintaining challenging positions and carrying out repetitive tasks, necessitating a high level of physical endurance and the ability to perform accurately under physical strain. Everyone wants to feel confident doing their job as it brings a sense of peace and comfort. When a person doesn't have confidence it creates stress, particularly when their team is depending on them. For dental offices, the stress of properly maintaining equipment usually falls on the shoulders of the dental assistant. What if the dental office has a partner who sees it as their responsibility to deliver quality training, give instant access to resources, and provide regular preventive maintenance for back-up help? Wouldn’t this help to provide confidence? Wouldn’t this eliminate stress? Read more with the link below. #dentalequipmentservice #reachbetterservice https://lnkd.in/g7KhsEvN

My dental technician taught me an EB lesson the other day, and I think we can all benefit from her wisdom. 👩⚕️ I have a massive underbite, a "Class 3 Bite"–like a bulldog. Not only is it uncomfortable, but I *hate* how it looks. I'm constantly pulling my lower jaw back, or covering my mouth in video calls because of it. But yesterday, while taking scans of my teeth my technician says, "I love a Class 3 bite, I think they're so cute." I couldn't disagree with her more, but she went on. "If you look closely Post Malone has the same bite, and I just think he's adorable." I still don't agree with her, but man. If that doesn't prove there's someone for everyone, I don't know what does. There might be aspects of your organization that you don't care for, that you don't want to draw attention to. But much like me, the person that can help you adjust those things is likely going to be the person that already finds them endearing . Being honest about your organization–even what you consider imperfections–is what's going to attract the employees best suited to make you stronger. In short–be more like my dentist. 😂 #EmployerBranding #EmployeeStorytelling #CompellingContent
