This will make the travelers more aware of “ dos/ don’ts” as well “ rights / no rights “ - As the number of passengers swells, we need more awareness on the part of passengers and more transparency on behalf of operators. - The ecosystem will be better if we are part of the whole system and not one system vs another. What is not ok is airlines using this market power to take customers for a ride, or not for a ride, as was literally the case in Bengaluru. This suggest regulatory failure at some deep level."
