Do what you love, love what you do! Last week, we held our EXB meeting in Annecy, France at the Salomon headquarters. We discussed a variety of topics from finance to business and megatrends, but we also had something foundational on the agenda: our shared Amer Sports purpose and values, and most importantly, how do we as a team commit to bring them to life in our global community of more than 10,000 people across all markets. More to come on that soon. It’s always inspiring to meet in person, especially when you have a change to enjoy the great outdoors!
