In Omada Health's early years, our health coaches did phenomenal work, largely thanks to expertise and intuition. They are, and always have been, our unsung heroes. However, we knew that scaling their efforts to impact chronic disease outcomes on a population health level would require putting new systems in place and having datasets to draw from, which would take time. For more than a decade, we’ve been exploring how to balance data science and AI advancements to support the work of our compassionate care teams. It has been a long journey of learning, full of lessons learned along the way, and I’m sure many more to come. Our teams wanted to share what that process looks like. I’m proud of the transparency on display in this detailed retrospective on Omada’s Journey with AI over the years. Read it now: https://buff.ly/4c33haM

The 99% gives me a huge amount of *Pride* 🏳️🌈 . Thank you, Nancy for helping to set the table where you and others in the #LGBTQ+ community can be themselves in our environment. And happy Pride Month, all.
For the second year in a row, Omada Health is a certified #GreatPlacetoWork, and since June is Pride Month, here are a couple of fun facts about our results: - 93% of our employees feel a sense of pride when they look at what we accomplish (get it? "pride" 😉 ) - 99% of our employees say that people are treated fairly regardless of their sexual orientation Being part of the #LGBTQ+ community, I am not only proud, but grateful to work at Omada Health, where I can be my authentic self. Happy Pride everyone! #GPTW #PRIDE #LGBTQ+

Exciting news to share - Omada Health is re-accredited by the Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists (ADCES) Diabetes Education Accreditation Program. While Omada has earned other accreditations (from CDC, NCQA, and URAC) as a virtual care provider, I’d still like to remind our team that it’s more than a rubber stamp. This accreditation underlines our commitment to follow evidence-based guidelines. Accreditations hold us accountable to the highest standards and play a central role in our mission to make healthcare more personalized, accessible, and effective. Let's continue to shape a future where healthcare is as individual as each and every one of us. #DigitalHealth #DiabetesCare #ADCES

Weight loss is hard, but how hard? In a meta-analysis of long-term weight loss studies, the common story is that within two years, more than half of what was lost is regained. I believe successful maintenance requires long-term, active support. In Omada Health’s latest white paper, we delve into why we’re working to reframe obesity as a complex chronic condition. If my kiddo wants to talk with GPT-4o as part of her bedtime routine today, where will we be 5 years from now? The true transformations will all be about pragmatic, realistic, centered adoption.
Omada Health CEO Sean Duffy tells #FortuneHealth that "we are on a remarkable technology curve." "The tech is moving, I think the adoption needs to move faster," he added. bit.ly/3Wsi6Ph
