During my last recruitment training call, I discussed the pitfalls that recruiters should avoid. I hope this information is helpful. We get easily distracted now, unlike in the past when we had planners but no email, internet, or computers for recruiting. "You can't wait for things to come to you. We make things happen. We are the synergy. We are the catalysts.
