It was truly a pleasure to provide insights on these topics across the company. Every time I delve into them, I'm reminded of the sheer brilliance of the manifesto: clear, essential, simple, and yet incredibly smart. It's the core, the key to understanding and navigating these concepts.
Agile doesn't want to be perfect and is sometimes questioned and criticized... but if you look and focus on the values and principles of Agile, you start to understand why Agile is losing its credibility. It's not Agile. This is how it is implemented. Every now and then it's useful to go back to the origins.
