Reading this article, the choice is so clear. You can either take the easy way out as a leader and A) rank your employees based on their office attendance, or B) invest the time in your team to understand how you can help them thrive. Maybe that's in an office, maybe not. The companies that separate from their competition are the ones that create working environments and a supporting culture where everyone to bring their "best self" to work every day. For me, it's all about what you create, not where you create it. Calix #Leadership #Culture https://lnkd.in/eJJqZkA5?

I'm not convinced we've found the silver bullet for hybrid work yet. However, I agree that these 4 C's will certainly help. My own experiences as a leader and a culture and leadership enthusiast, have revealed that connection, collaboration, creativity, and culture are workplace value propositions for everyone. I believe them to be fundamental to building trust, attracting and retaining top talent, and creating an environment where people can fulfil their potential and the potential of your team and organisation too. Whether or not to return to the office – as well as how often and in what capacity – is a critical question for CFOs to examine as the workplace changes. With much of corporate America embracing remote work, C-suites should focus on finding the nuance in this conversation and determining what works best for their organizations based on strategic objectives and needs. A one-size-fits-all solution rarely works. Leaders must be aware of the different roles, relationships, and costs specific to their organizations to find the best fit. #CFO #leadership #corporaterealestate #returntooffice
