The 15th annual DUG Appalachia Conference & Exhibition was a success! KERAMIDA's Layne Zettle was in attendance for the final day. "It was a very informative conference with a lot of Q&A. Today was focused on carbon capture and where it will be used and stored as the search for carbon credits becomes harder for companies trying to reach net zero. There was a panel of private companies that talked about where they plan to be in the coming years as emission taxes become higher and more of the focus. Additionally, they covered how much oil/gas the US plans to extract to make up for growing consumption, both in the US and abroad, and what the Mountain Valley Pipeline plans to bring to the table when construction is complete." #DUGAppalachia #energy #oilandgas #natgas #DUGEast #environmentalcompliance #environmentalconsulting
