🌟 Reflections on the 2nd Global Research Lab 2023-2024🌟 A few months back, I had the privilege of participating in the 2nd Global Research Lab organized by Pharmacy Education under IPSF Pharmaceutical Sciences initiative🌐 🔍 Throughout the event, I delved into the intricate world of research. From understanding research design to data collection and analysis, I gained practical skills that will undoubtedly shape my future endeavors. 📊🔬 🙌 Sama Ghozlan ,the coordinator, and Kareem Arafat , pharmacy education Chairperson deserves a heartfelt shout-out for their unwavering dedication. Their guidance, along with insights from experienced speakers, demystified the research process. 🗣️📝 📝 The event also shed light on effective publication writing. I learned that clear, concise language and impactful communication are paramount in scientific papers. The speaker's tips on structuring research papers and presenting findings were pure gold. 💡📄 🔍 One of my key takeaways? Mastering search strings for literature reviews. Now, I can efficiently explore databases and critically evaluate relevant studies. 📚🔎 🌿 The emphasis on evidence-based practice resonated deeply with me. It reinforced the vital role research plays in pharmacy practice. 💊🌱 Overall, the event was an enlightening journey and I am thrilled to share my certificate from the 2nd Global Research Lab project. Regular assignments kept me on my toes, reinforcing my knowledge and understanding. 🧠📚 Thank you IPSF - International Pharmaceutical Students' Federation #ResearchMatters #PharmaceuticalSciencesInitiatives #PharmacyEducation #IPSF #ProfessionalDevelopment

We’re pleased to announce that CIRS has published a new Research Agenda, which outlines our research priorities for 2024-2026 as well as plans for our regulatory and HTA workstreams for 2024. CIRS generated its 2024-2026 research plan with significant input from its Scientific Advisory Council and HTA Steering Committee. Priority areas were identified and fleshed out through meetings of Topic Groups in 2022-2023, which focused on patient engagement, expedited pathways and metrics. Feedback from these groups, careful review of the landscape as well as conversations with various CIRS member companies, agencies and other stakeholders, were reviewed and organised into three main research themes (below). This research plan will be achieved through research projects, workshops and other meetings. We hope this Research Agenda resonates with our stakeholders - thank you to everyone who has helped in its development! #RegulatoryScience #HTA #RegulatoryAffairs #HEOR #pharmaceuticals

Senior Manager at PwC UK | Compliance | Internal Audit | Forensics | Pharmaceutical sector | Third Party Risk
Almost forgot to post this brilliant report that my very own pharma team at PwC has prepared recently. It explores the UK's potential for becoming a global life sciences powerhouse (which obviously is the goal) and provides a list of 50 exciting companies, which we think will be the drivers of that growth due to their technology, innovative business models and ideas. There is a smart methodology behind the sampling, infographics, maps - all the things I like 🤗 #pharmaceutical #pwc https://pwc.to/47c72I0
