One of my favorite technology hacks for running a job efficiently is FaceTime with screen share. Question comes up onsite. Foreman FaceTimes me & shows me the issue. I have quick access to all plans as well as tools like PDF expert to dimension plans. If need be, I can also add other resources /experts to the FaceTimes call. The goal is to provide direction without delay so the crew can continue moving forward efficiently. Huge shoutout to H+O Structural Engineering Jeremiah O'Neill, P.E. Matt Sweeney Marty Hietsch Dartmouth Building Supply Anthony Giello Kevin Quetti, PE for going above and beyond recently to keep our job on pace.

Equally useful when a kid takes the wrong ski trail & you need to get back to a merge!
Great hack; I always over think it and create a zoom meeting. This is better- good one.
love this recommendation--sometimes the simplest tools work the best!
