Be Thankful: The Key to Success 🚀 In our busy business lives, we can sometimes forget to be thankful. But taking a moment every day to think about the good things can help a lot. Being thankful changes the way we see things and helps us stay strong. It reminds us that even when things are hard, we have good things in our lives. So, today, let's stop for a minute and think about what we're thankful for in our business journey. What good things do you have in your life?

And just like that… after an amazing 3.5 years at Toast, I'm excited to share that I'm moving on to a new adventure. Joining a restaurant tech company in 2020 during a global pandemic was quite the leap, and it’s one I’m so happy I took. During my time here, I led the charge in building impactful funnels—from prospect email and email acquisition to re-engagement and most recently the enterprise growth marketing funnel. I'm incredibly proud of the work I’m leaving behind that will continue to contribute to the company’s bottom-line. Joining Toast just about a year before our IPO and being a part of the remarkable growth, I’ve learned a few things I’m excited to carry forward: 1) The Power of Team and Vision: Success isn't just about ideas—it's about rallying your powerhouse team around a singular vision. When a team is running towards a common vision, it makes working through challenges easier, successes much sweeter, and long-term growth even stronger. I've been lucky to work with some of the best teams who've built and innovated to create something incredible. 2) Balancing Short-term Grit with Long-term Strategy: In a fast-growing company like Toast, you've got to be scrappy and agile, while never losing sight of the big picture. Finding that balance between seizing immediate opportunities and laying the groundwork for future growth is one of the most challenging parts of hyper-growth, but also possibly the most important for the company’s success. 3) Embracing Data and Instinct: One of my new favorites comes from Toast’s Chairman, Mark Hawkins "Let data and intuition collide." The best learnings and opportunities come from strong intuition supported by powerful data. It's also about being comfortable with failing fast, learning from it, and getting back up even faster. Your intuition drives the vision and the data drives the path to achieve it. And that path might change a few times, which is also okay. These are a few highlights, but there are many many more. I’m grateful for the projects I’ve worked on, the funnels I’ve grown, and most importantly, the long-lasting relationships I’ve built. A massive thank you to my amazing leaders who shaped my time at Toast Connor Sullivan, Julia Beebe, Margot Koehler, Robert Hale, and Kelly Sennatt Esten. And to the endless list of Toasters who have made these last 3.5 years so special, thank you endlessly! I am forever proud to have been part of one of the most supportive, smartest, and driven teams out there. I’m off on another super exciting journey to build and scale again! Can’t wait to share more. Nothing beats strong teamwork

#2023wrapped is the trend and Bluetail is "hopping on board✈️" so to speak! Couple of my take aways from the BlueTail #2023wrapped: 1. One of our top enrolled models is a Gulfstream Aerospace G-IV. It's rare that Gulfstreams leave the internal suite of products/softwares, but operators trust in Bluetail to provide something beyond the "the family's" ability. 2. This is a fun one! I actually GOOGLED on how many staples it would take to fill a G-V. Thankfully, my partner Benjamin Kroll fogured it out so now I don't have to math. With a cabin of about 1700 cubic feet it would take 1100 boxes of standard 1/4 inch Bostitch stapels, which equates to ... 5.5 MILLION STAPLES!!! Moral of the year - why continue using paper and staples, when you can just use Bluetail? Your peers absolutely do! We also need to save the staples 😆😁 #bluetailit #isitbluetailed #savethestaples

Celebrating my 5 year anniversary at Peak this week 🥂 It's been one hell of a journey. In 2019, I was drawn to the potential of AI to transform businesses and industries, and Peak has provided a platform to make a real impact. Over the past 1,825 days, I'm proud to have: • Facilitated hundreds of AI workshops and executive masterclasses • Led the technical scoping and business case creation for 60+ successfully deployed enterprise AI solutions across diverse markets • Contributed to the development of packaged AI products • Built and led commercial teams through turbulent times…including a Series C funding round, a pandemic, global conflicts, and a software industry crash • Designed effective GTM and sales strategies • Learned invaluable lessons from many successes, many setbacks, and many mistakes • Collaborated with brilliant minds at Peak and within the broader data & AI ecosystem • Travelled the world, got married and welcomed two beautiful children into my life! 5 years on, the person I am today is very different to the one that waited nervously in the reception of Peak HQ, taking a few deep shaky breaths before hitting the button up to the 12th floor of Neo. Something that remains unchanged: a relentless drive to learn. There is so much to learn. Bring on the next 1,825 days!
