On Tuesday I was fortunate enough to present to prospective and current customers about industry trends, what to consider when thinking about business AI, and how technology can help enhance customer and employee experience. You don’t want to bite off more than you can chew, you want to take things step by step to be successful. It's about understanding your internal needs, bringing your employees along on the journey, and developing a technology roadmap. Always a great time sharing insights and connecting with businesses - can't wait for the next one!
Yesterday we wrapped up another incredible Salesforce Connect & Grow event in Sydney. A room filled with existing and prospective customers from all industries looking to understand how they can do more with less, improve their data strategy and ultimately lay the foundations for an AI future. As always, the best parts of these days is hearing from our existing customer panel talk about their journeys; their highlights and lessons learnt, of which I had the pleasure to moderate. Mirko Gropp - Scape entered the Salesforce ecosystem late last year and have begun life with a bang! 4 Clouds, 4 months - a master class in digital transformation, with exciting projects in the pipeline; "More to come!" Simone Thompson - One of the most authentic and genuine thought leaders in the industry, talking about how she successfully led the deployment and adoption of multiple roll outs of Salesforce and highlighting how important it is to have the right Data Governance model in place. Greg Bygraves - Working in one of the most regulated industries in Australia, Greg explained how crucial it is to pick the right partner that fits your business to go on this journey with, and by treating their GenAI journey as a 'Marathon not a sprint', Canterbury will be set up to reap the benefits for years to come.
