🔥Yesterday I had the pleasure of hosting an Account Based Marketing Workshop for a group of our amazing Brisbane Customers. Thank you to the attendees who gave up their afternoon to learn & collaborate on all things ABM, Marketing & Account Engagement with like minded professionals. Today we hosted a Customer Panel with some of our amazing Account Engagement (Pardot) Customers 💙 It was great being able to hear about their experiences with everything from the sales process, implementation journey, thoughts on platform usability, challenges & benefits. The common theme was that Connecting Sales & Marketing on one platform creates less friction between teams & gives Sales valuable real-time insights that can't be achieved on siloed systems 🚀

I often describe it to my customers as walking the fine line between remaining Front of Mind and not being a pest. Great article with some hot tips for Account Engagement (Pardot) users!!

Wow what a massive few weeks its been! - Sydney World Tour (hello jam packed ABM Session with standing room only) - VTO on Sydney Harbour (☔️ not the nicest conditions for our international & interstate visitors 😅 but we had all the best intentions) - Grateful to celebrate my 4 Year Salesforce anniversary 💙 - This week I had the pleasure of hosting an ABM Workshops in Melbourne and sharing some of the great insight I have picked up over the years with our customers (let me know if you'd like to attend our next Sydney or Brisbane workshops).
