❓ How is internal communication linked to employee experience and engagement? 🔗 The associations between internal communication and employee engagement are well-established both in academic research and practice. It's clear that internal communication is an important antecedent for engagement at many levels. 🧐 Employee experience is a more recent concept, so it's worth exploring how internal communication might be associated with it. To do that we have to understand first what we mean by employee experience.
