Why do Offsites & Inflection Moments go hand in hand? I believe it’s because not all Leadership Time is created equal. Too often as Leaders we are trappped by the relentless demands of the Second and Minute Hands. Offsites can give us the reflective space to work on the Hour Hand - the long-term Direction we set and how we can collectively navigate the Inflection Moment ahead. So as Leaders we can determine the next mountain to climb. And while deep and often intense, they can also be playful, interactive and deeply memorable experiences. I’m grateful to the Leadership Team at JKS Restaurants for allowing us to peak inside the Rooms where it all happened. The group has more Michelin Stars than any UK other restaurant group, and are poised for a very exciting new chapter of growth. It’s been wonderful to support them on their Inflection Journey, at the offsite but also well beyond.
