Cannes, here we come! 🇫🇷 Beyond happy to share that Alexandra Richards and I are the winners of this year’s MENA Young Lions 2024 competition! Incredibly grateful to PRCA MENA for the wonderful opportunity, and to our Gambit PR & Communications family for the influx of support we’ve received. ♟️💓 I cannot begin to explain how much we enjoyed working on our #LendYourVoice campaign for Shamsaha, the groundbreaking women’s crisis advocacy platform aiding victims of gender-based violence in more ways than one, and quite literally changing the lives of women in the Middle East. This campaign was very near and dear to our hearts. We would not have been here without the support of Jamal Al Mawed, whose faith in us was unwavering throughout the whole journey, and of course our mentors, Judy Bakieh and Sarah Alsalem who taught us the route to success and whose legacy we hope to continue in Cannes! Alexandra Richards thank you for bearing with me and supplying me with a million cups of Yorkshire Tea throughout the 24-hour craze - could not have asked for a better partner! Thank you to the esteemed judging panel, Amel Osman, Claire Micheletti , Imad Lahad , Laureline Schwarz, Loretta Ahmed, and Sylvia Marcus, for their unanimous vote of confidence and for believing in our #LendYourVoice message.
