We believe that pronouncing names correctly is a vital part of identity, inclusivity, and empowerment. An inclusive workplace values every person, every name, and every story. That’s why we are encouraging all colleagues to support this campaign by including a name recording or adding the phonetic spelling of your name to your email signature. Santander's dedication should be to improve employee morale: 1) LISTEN without reprimanding employees, 2) NOT selectively choose heritage months it celebrates - while discriminating & EXCLUDING other groups, and just be a retail bank! That's all.
