What an exciting weekend! We invited 300 lucky colleagues to the British Grand Prix to watch the race. Check out some of the pictures and comment yours below if you were there 👇
What a weekend! Thank you to all of our amazing guests across Friday, Saturday and Sunday… colleagues and clients alike - it was brilliant from start to finish ♨️❤️
What are the Educational, Health, or Economic Benefits to these Players and their Families for that kids uncompensated participation in any additional “NON-SCHOLARSHIP” private third-party postseason football games that pay the Universities and the Conferences for the use of their free labor to put on these highly profitable Bowl events.
The answer is ZERO!
These additional 1-5 POSTSEASON games are also above the Players’ 12 game athletic scholarship agreement?
Our Proposal offers Major Benefits in all three Categories to the Players and their Families! Scholarship Football Players are owed Hundreds of Millions of dollars from this year’s Media contract that uses these Players’ Name, Image, and Likeness NIL without any equitable financial consideration to the Players or their Families!
This lost Money could have a major impact on these Players lives, the lives of their current and future family members for generations?
We do not support, or agree with the House vs NCAA Settlement or the current covert attempts to extend and expand this Antitrust exploitation of our young (mostly minority) FB & BB Players' labor that the US Supreme Court and Federal District Court have recently struck down as illegal and implausible.
Had an amazing time this past weekend in Tahoe at the American Century Championship! It was an honor to compete alongside so many incredible athletes and celebrities.
Thank you to everyone involved in organizing the event and to all the fans who came out to support.
Looking forward to next year already!

🥇 Fernando Alonso's epic overtaking move at the Brazilian Grand Prix didn’t just clinch him the "Action of the Year" award—it was a triumph for sportsmanship and clean competition. 🌟
This awards-worthy moment represents more than just a spectacular finish—it's a testament to the integrity and honor that are just as crucial in business as they are in sports. 🏎️🤝
👏 Picture an intense high-stakes environment where the temptation to push the bounds of fair play is ever-present. Alonso, with his wealth of experience, chooses instead a path marked by skill and respect—an overtake without contact, clean and precise.
👉 That's the hallmark of a true leader: winning not at all costs, but with a commitment to fairness, tactical brilliance, and mutual respect. It's these qualities that burnish reputations and forge lasting legacies both on the racetrack and in the boardroom.
🏅 Alonso's sportsmanship is the gold standard we aspire to in our daily professional relations—a reminder that the way we achieve success can be as important as the success itself.
Now I invite you to reflect and share: When have you seen integrity take the pole position in your industry? Or a time when fair play made all the difference?

Great reminder post from Thomas Hal Robson-Kanu below.
Here's my re-write for underestimated founders:
Continually overlooked and underestimated - the hurt goes on.

Underestimated founders do break through and reach remarkable milestones and created incredible impact - which in itself is awe-inspiring.
To all underestimated founders and their teams - congratulations on everything you have achieved to date. Keep 🧗🏾♂️!

I was watching last night’s Hungary F1 grand prix and was happy to see Lewis Hamilton’s achievement of securing his 200th podium after his exceptional win in the British GP race a fortnight ago. This is nothing short of inspirational. As one of the elder statesmen on the grid, Hamilton continues to defy the odds and push the boundaries of what is possible in Formula 1. His enduring success and unwavering determination serve as a beacon of inspiration for both seasoned professionals and aspiring young drivers alike. As a comparison, Oscar Piastri who actually won the race was only 11 years old when Hamilton first debut on this racetrack.
Reaching this remarkable number of podiums at his stage in the career underscores not just his incredible talent but also his commitment to the sport. Hamilton’s longevity and continued success serve as a powerful reminder that age is just a number when it comes to passion and performance.
This got me thinking about today’s message.
Monday Motivation: The Pursuit of Excellence
Your desire to pursue excellence is only limited by your willingness and ability to push it.
Damon Hill (a former F1 world champion) once famously said,
"Life is like a tube of toothpaste. As you get towards the end, it becomes harder to push out even though you know there's still some left."
This analogy is a powerful reminder for all of us, especially on a Monday morning. Just like squeezing out the last bit of toothpaste, achieving excellence often requires that extra push, that extra effort when things seem toughest.
When challenges arise, as you get older, it's easy to feel like giving up, but that's precisely when our true potential is tested. The perseverance to push through those difficult moments defines our path to excellence.
Beyond the numbers, Hamilton's influence extends far beyond the racetrack. His advocacy for diversity, equality, and environmental sustainability has left an indelible mark on the sport and society as a whole. He has shown that true champions are not just defined by their victories but by their character and the positive change they inspire.
So, as we embark on this week, let’s channel our inner drive and push a little harder, knowing that the rewards of our efforts lie just within reach.
Wishing you all a week filled with perseverance and excellence!
It seems as if the PC world we have been pressured to embrace over the last decade is slowly changing. Tip-toeing around topics, lack of accountability, and foregone personal responsibility may be behind us. At least I hope it is in the rearview and getting smaller each time I look up.
The first clue for me that there was a shift happening was the Kia Worldwide "No Participation Trophy" commercial in 2016. If you haven't seen it, or don't remember it check it out here. That was a bold move for Kia. They really walked outside of the lines when they put this one on air. It is interesting that you don't immediately find the actual commercial on YouTube when searching. It is a video of someone recording the commercial.

Added bonus is today's article from The Daily Coach. No parsing words or shunning from individual responsibility here for the U.S. Women's National Soccer Team Emma Hayes. We know how far the old train of thought got us in 2023 for the FIFA Women's World Cup.

“We would love to qualify the biggest team ever to represent Ireland – and we believe that is achievable”; so says High Performance Director, Tricia Heberle, on the eve of the 1st Olympic World Qualifier.
5 Irish boxers have already qualified for Paris – reigning lightweight Olympic champ, Kellie Harrington, Tokyo Olympians Belfast’s Michaela Walsh (57kg) and Roscommon’s Aoife O’Rourke (75kg); 63.5kg Dean Clancy (Sligo), and Dublin’s Jack Marley, the first Irish heavyweight in 30 years to medal at a Category A event. 8 Irish boxers will vie to do likewise at the 1st of two Olympic World Qualifiers.
This short film, a peek inside High Performance, is part of a series of shorts on Irish Boxing – Seconds Out: Stories of Irish Boxing, commissioned by IABA and produced by Lowki Culture. It features a revealing inside look at HP, with Director & Olympian Tricia Heberle, Head Coach Zauri Antia, Coach Damian Kennedy and now double Olympian, Michaela Walsh.
Michaela says “High Performance, outside of the ring, has helped me massively. For me, High Performance is doing the small things right. It’s now always about training or performing, it’s doing the little things right”
High Performance on the Road to Paris delves in to performance analysis, coaching philosophy, technical & tactical development, High Performance culture, the daily training environment and preparations for Paris 2024.
Head Coach, Zauri Antia says “There are many factors there (in success). The best thing is culture. Culture comes from many things, from traditions, from home, from community. Culture is behaviour…Life is about a battle between positive and negative. And I know, only in positive state of mental strength, you can perform best”
High Performance Coach, Damian Kennedy says “We’ve always had a massive fighting spirit, and with the technical tactical aspect that we’ve brought to it, I think we’re on the right track to becoming the world’s number 1 boxing nation”
