Many cities and counties have also raised their minimum wages. To ensure compliance and avoid hefty fines, it's time to review your employee wages. Here's a quick reminder: 1. Check your states (and local) new minimum wage. 2. Review all employee wages to the updated minimum. Be mindful of overtime rates as well. 3.
