👨🍳👩🍳 The Recipe for Success: Dedication, Passion, and Teamwork 🤝 In the world of business, it's not enough to merely sit behind a desk and play the role of a chef. Especially in our industry, where we produce high-quality Halal beef ham and other products at Öz Kayseri, the key to our success is getting our hands dirty and being there on the production floor. 🏭 Working alongside our dedicated team of blue-collar workers, who are the heart and soul of our operation, is an invaluable experience. They are the ones who transform our vision into reality, crafting each product with care and precision. To truly understand and improve our products, you have to be right there in the midst of the action. 🤝 Building a strong, motivated team is not about seeing ourselves as superior figures who dictate from the office. It's about being on the ground, shoulder to shoulder with our team members, and showing them that every person in our company is important. It's about fostering a culture of respect, collaboration, and appreciation. 💪 Success doesn't come from isolation; it comes from unity. When we work together, when we value every member of our team, we achieve greatness. The secret ingredient in Öz Kayseri's success isn't just our delicious products; it's our commitment to teamwork, dedication, and a shared passion for what we do. Let's continue to work hand in hand, celebrating the collective efforts that drive us forward. Together, we'll keep delivering the quality and excellence Öz Kayseri is known for. #BusinessLeadership #TeamBuilding #WorkplaceCulture #BusinessGrowth #EmployeeEngagement #CompanyValues #Teamwork #Passion #BusinessSuccess #ÖzKayseri #HalalProducts 🌟

We are thrilled to announce the publication of a groundbreaking study titled "The Dichotomy of Traditional Cuisine Protection in Indonesia: Geographical Indications vs. Traditional Knowledge" in a prestigious Scopus-indexed journal. This analysis sheds light on the comparative effectiveness of Geographical Indications (GI) and Traditional Knowledge (TK) regimes in protecting traditional cuisine in Indonesia. Findings reveal that the GI regime emerges as the superior form of protection, offering fewer normative loopholes. https://lnkd.in/gX45Q4uN

Embracing Multiracial Harmony Through Malaysian Cuisine During my intercultural communication studies, I was deeply moved by the way food can bridge diverse communities and cultures. Today, I want to highlight the incredible diversity found within Malaysian cuisine. Malaysia, with its rich cultural tapestry, offers a wealth of culinary experiences. From the aromatic spices of Malay dishes to the intricate flavors of Chinese recipes and the vibrant tastes of Indian cuisine, Malaysian food beautifully reflects its multicultural society. Nasi Lemak delights with its coconut-infused rice. Roti Canai, a beloved street food, showcases Malaysian-Indian influence. Hainanese Chicken Rice exemplifies the artistry of Chinese-Malaysian cooking. These dishes, among many others, embody the multicultural spirit of Malaysia. They transcend ethnic backgrounds, bringing people together over a shared love for food. Through Malaysian cuisine, we can appreciate the harmony that multiracial communities can achieve when they embrace their differences and celebrate their shared culinary heritage. It's a reminder that our world is more flavorful when we come together in unity. 🌍🤝🇲🇾 #MalaysianCuisine #CulturalHarmony #FoodDiversity #InterculturalCommunication Photo source/credit: MGAG
