My best advice for every job seeker: Join the medical sales industry! Why? I have seen restaurant servers land top positions as representatives. Nurses improve their quality of life and enjoy work. Therapists getting better compensation. Recent grads and people with no experience get actually entry-level jobs at Stryker, Abbott, Johnson & Johnson, and more. In +16 years here I have seen life-changing opportunities, and I couldn't be more grateful to be part of this industry. Like this post if you like the medical sales industry and its surroundings.

This is one of the biggest reasons companies go bankrupt. They are scared of talent. It is 2024 now, and the long lists of requirements, complex processes, and assumptions are things of the past. If someone is good, HIRE THEM! It is a win-win situation: they grow, you grow, and, more importantly, your company grows.

I'm really proud of my recent hiring decisions. I concluded that talent deserves opportunities, not more setbacks. Too many candidates have a very tough time when it comes to the job search. Crazy requirements list, a lot of uncertainty, and shockingly lengthy processes. Let's give more opportunities; hire the underdog, you won't regret it.
