Emotional health is the most neglected part of our lives. We are always well aware about our physical health. There are number of tests available to check how our body is performing physically. Don't share your personal problems online. When life is falling apart, don't use the internet to be your personal therapist. This is not a healthy way to resolve your issues. When you do so, you're airing your dirty laundry outside. Instead: 1. Connect with a friend that will give you genuine advice 2. Get consulting from a mentor 3. If you have an issue with someone, address them directly 4. Exercise, the physical activity can help you clear your mind 5. Take a nap. Sometimes you just need to step away from your issue Sharing your problems with the world is not a solution, it only spreads more negativity to the world.

Reach out to other people who are in your same position and who can share and understand your highs and lows. Search the internet or your local community for support groups, which can reduce your burden by helping you understand that you’re not alone. Through the sharing of experiences, they’re able to offer support, encouragement, and comfort to the other group members, and receive the same in return.
