In this video, migraine warrior Kerrie with The Daily Headache points out how migraine stigma is found everywhere: at the doctor's office, at work and school, and even among family and friends. Because of this we tend to self-stigmatize. We may even believe that this disease, or how it impacts us, is our own fault, which is NOT true!
