Last week's #STEMeducation project at the BOYS & GIRLS CLUB OF JACKSONVILLE was a huge success. In this activity, the students were challenged to build the tallest structure possible using only jelly beans and toothpicks. The ingenuity and creativity each group displayed was truly impressive! Serving as the STEM chair for the Northeast Florida Builders Association's Professional Women in Building (PWB) has been incredibly rewarding. This role goes beyond just teaching; it's about creating a dynamic environment where both students and mentors thrive. Witnessing the creativity, teamwork, and innovative problem-solving demonstrated by these young minds continually inspires me. Looking forward, I cannot wait to further contribute to the growth and ongoing impact of this program. It is truly a privilege to represent DPC Technology as I help to shape this initiative, which focusses on inspiring, empowering, and educating the next generation of STEM leaders.
