I am so grateful for resources like this and the knowledge they provide. As much as I want it to be, HR isn't always rainbows and butterflies. As an HR team of one, there are moments when the days run together, and the work doesn't feel as impactful. Sometimes, initiatives and projects get put on the back burner because it's all hands on deck. Being able to utilize resources as such enables me to work on the bulk of HR tasks while still having a focus on a better workplace for all.
