When you stop pitching your services, awareness increases dramatically and you create a perception of credibility at the top of the proverbial sales funnel. Most manufacturers are trying to engage and gain awareness by sharing company information: machines, facility size, and so on. This is like asking someone to marry you on the first date. It doesn’t work. First, you need to share expertise, educate, provide knowledge, and show how you can solve problems.
