The purpose of the #dailyscrum is to synchronize the team, identify #risks and #dependencies, and foster #accountability and #transparency. The #dailyscrum is NOT a status report, a problem-solving session, or a #micromanagement tool. It is a #communication and #alignment opportunity for the team and not to be done in silo with different team members. Do you see this often? Morning Standup : you and me Noon stand-up : you, me and leads Afternoon stand-up : You , me, leads& team #Siloteams #dailyscrumantipatterns #antiscrum

#ScrunMaster traits
3 things Scrum Masters can learn from Michael Scott Remember you're working with people Michael places huge value on relationships and genuinely cares about his employees, even if he shows it in very awkward ways. A Scrum Master should similarly embrace the human aspects if their work, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment. Recognition as a catalyst Michael loves giving recognition, like the Dundies and throwing the occasional party. Scrum Masters should look to recognize and celebrate individual and team achievements to acknowledge and reinforce positive behaviors and performances. Passion is contagious Throughout his many dropped clangers and mistakes, Michael is passionate about his job and Dunder Mifflin, often going to great lengths to ensure team and organisational success. A Scrum Master who is also passionate about their work and the success of the team will often outperform those who are dialling in the day job. #agile #scrum #scrummaster
