I’ve passed the technical pre interview testing for many Sainsburys tech software engineers roles. Yet im followed up with a SMS stating i wasn’t successful because i didn’t pass the test.
Simplify colleagues lives..... Like your going to work for another company, but you can't tell the Sainsbury's customers that you deal with on a daily basis. Three days after transfer, sorry but we're making you redundant. Loyal colleagues many with 15-20 experience and service. Treated appallingly, terrible communication. Jobs gone abroad as its cheaper. Is this best for our customers. Especially vulnerable people who rely on telephone shopping for example?
