We help product, support, and CX teams better understand patterns and trends in their customer feedback.
Great to be featured alongside companies like Amplitude, Okta, Butterflye Solutions, and Stack Overflow! Unwrap.ai continues to add real ROI to product, support, and CX teams who get more Jira tickets, Intercom questions, and Typeform surveys than they know what to do with. We use natural language processing (NLP) to automate the entire ingestion and analysis process of qualitative customer feedback and turn messy text into structured data. Today we help teams at companies like GitHub, JetBlue, and Lyft save time and money while significantly improving the customer experience. If you've ever spent a few hours of your day manually categorizing tickets or reading hundreds of customer chats - we should talk! #NLP #CX #ProductFeedback #CustomerFeedback

Today marks a milestone for me– my 55th birthday. And today as I'm thinking about it, I'm embracing where life has brought me. The storms I've weathered have shaped me, and I look forward to the future with optimism. Through the years, I've learned invaluable lessons: 1. Resilience is key. Every challenge has been an opportunity for growth. 2. Authenticity matters. Being true to oneself leads to genuine connections. 3. Gratitude transforms perspective. Appreciating life's small joys creates lasting happiness. 4. Continuous learning keeps us young at heart. 5. Integrity is non-negotiable. It's the foundation of trust and success in all aspects of life. These insights have profoundly impacted both my personal and professional life. I approach each day with a more positive outlook, cherishing relationships and finding fulfillment in helping others. As I step into this new year, I'm excited about the possibilities ahead. Here's to embracing life's journey, learning from our experiences, and making the most of every moment. Thank you to everyone who's been part of my story. Your support and friendship mean the world to me. Here's to new adventures and continued growth! Silva 425.269.7229

I want to celebrate a win. I want to thank you all and share my gratitude for winning the Otago University 3MT Grand Final doctorate 'People's Choice' in 2023 by an overwhelming margin. Leading people through a thesis in just three minutes (3MT) is not easy. Keep it simple and practice. It is an outstanding win for the Business School and the Doctor of Bus Admin Programme (currently ranked no.1 in the world). My research confronts the critical issue of continuing global biodiversity loss due to a global wildlife investment gap. In just 50 years, the Living Planet Index has collapsed by 70%. The UN is calling for urgent action saying the situation is now critical. Yet we spend more on cosmetic surgery and cosmetics than securing our children's future with nature. Are our children really ok with what we are taking away from them? Ask them. 'Ehara taku toa i te toa takitahi, engari he toa takitini' My translation; it is not my win, but our win. We at Otago University are designing and testing a new bulk international financial tool that will help your children - it is called the BIC. Thank you once again and watch this space.

Was just reading the foreword by Doug Tallamy...WOW! Here's a small sample... “Every once in a while, a book comes along that meets an important need most people don’t know they have. Sarah Jayne’s Nature’s Action Guide is such a book. Sarah could have called her book Conservation for Dummies—not that she wrote it for true dummies, but because she has identified a subject everyone needs to know but almost no one was ever taught: how to share our spaces with the natural world.” … “Sarah wrote Nature’s Action Guide as a complement to my book Nature’s Best Hope. My last chapter suggested 10 things homeowners could/should do to help share their property with nature. After reading my book, Sarah set about trying to enact each of these suggestions in her own yard but quickly realized that, even as an experienced gardener, she didn’t know enough to be successful. And if she didn’t know enough, many other budding conservationists were likely to struggle as well. Sarah’s solution was to write Nature’s Action Guide, a step-by-step, easy to use manual that explains how each of us, regardless of our background or gardening experience, can accomplish all of the goals I propose in Nature’s Best Hope, as well as several I only hinted at! Restoration biology is a relatively young scientific discipline a few decades old. Practicing restoration in human-dominated landscapes, in comparison, is in its infancy and we are still learning what works and what doesn’t work. One of its many distinguishing features is that Nature’s Action Guide is current, explaining state-of-the-art conservation in suburbia with the most up-to-date best-practices available. Even a half-hearted attempt to follow Sarah’s action items is guaranteed to improve the biodiversity potential of your landscape and thus the productivity of your local ecosystem. For this, we all owe Sarah Jayne our heartfelt thanks and gratitude—because, whether we appreciate it or not, we all depend on those same ecosystems.” Douglas W. Tallamy
I'm excited to say that Nature's Action Guide is finally published! Thank you to everyone who has helped make it a reality!

Cloud & Enterprise Sales Lead South Europe @ DE-CIX | Cloud, Data & AI, Cybersecurity | EAE Lecturer | Passionate about technology and business transformation
Great time spent together and great insights to set up the next steps of our great and unique value proposition for Enterprises and all type of business. #cloudsecurity #cloudnetworking #cloudconnectivity
Today I had the pleasure to spend time with people from various parts of my team in a very well organized workshop by Erlin Salgado in Madrid. It was amazing to see the amount of passion and creativity everyone brought to the table, especially given that we were clearly pushed out of our highly technical, almost geeky, comfort zone. 😉 I’m taking away the confidence that our team is truly committed to supporting our partners and customers on their journey to create exciting, fast, reliable and secure user experiences for their digital assets. Even if I won’t get a chance to test our approach to why and how our cloud connectivity solutions can help improve the lives of pre-school boys and girls tonight, I’m positive that my baby girl will love the stories we developed together as a team. Thank you all for your creativity and contributions today and every day! Theresa Bobis, Alberto Egido Andrés, Luis Maria Horvath Mayor, Antonio García González, Karola Volz, Harald Kriener

Talent Bank Co-ordinator | EDI & Wellbeing | Co-Chair & Women's Football at Villa & Proud | Founder of Villa Bellas
When I started Villa Bellas two years ago, the vision was simple, to fight misogyny and sexism in football. I didn't foresee just how important the network would be, the connections and relationships people are building with each other and how much the work we do empowers and encourages others. As volunteers, the work and effort that goes into the role and the skills and knowledge gained often get overlooked because it's not what we 'do for a living'. Except we do, in our free time. We are leaders, collaborators, innovators, networkers, we are building an organisation from its very foundations. That is hard. We're problem solvers, thinkers, planners and strategists. We do it all. We also have the support of a host of people and organisations and for that we are truly appreciative. We have members and followers and fellow supporters we serve. We work not just for fans of Aston Villa Football Club, but for our communities we represent on a larger scale. We're proud of what we have achieved so far and there's so much more to come. We strive to empower and raise the voices of women and non-binary people in football. We want to grow our fanbases of women's football and women and girls as spectators of the men's game. We want to encourage participation of women and girls at grassroots level and ensure everyone feels welcome in the game. It's not easy, but it's a passion and we do it for future generations so one day, Villa Bellas hopefully doesn't need to exist at all. #Volunteers #Football #EDI
🥳 We are officially 2 years old today! 🥳 A huge thank you to everyone who has supported and contributed to our efforts along the way, especially to our members who have helped make Bellas what it is today 💜 With so much more to come, why not join us! Embrace the power of gratitude! Remembering to say "thank you" after any encounter where you've been given the gift of someone's time leaves a lasting impression. Whether in person or via email, expressing a well crafted expression of gratitude after an interview is imperative. It sets you apart from others, and often the "tie breaker" when selecting 2 equally qualified candidates. #GratitudeMatters #ThankYouNote #InterviewEtiquette #StandOutCandidates #CareerAdvice #ProfessionalPoliteness #JobSearchTips #CareerSuccess #DifferentiateYourself #BuildingConnections #steelerecruiting #chiefofstaff #executiveasssistant

When it comes to Learning and Development, a partnership can not be understated. At Valamis, this is at the heart of what we do. 🤝 Unlike other vendors, we pride ourselves in our flexible approach to building a solution that fits your needs, rather than saying "here's our platform, figure it out". 😵 As your partner in learning, we work with you from the get-go: assessing project needs, building a platform around your goals, assuring we are fully aligned, and problem-solving along the way. 👷♂️ After launching, we work with you to assure your needs are met and exceeded, now and in the future. 🚀 We aim to be your partner in learning now and forever. 🤝 #partnership #future #learninganddevelopment #customersuccess
“We have from day one felt that we were important” - and you are! Sending big love to all our customers 💜 Lightsource bp and Elisabetta Galli Valtech and Christian Haahr Sigsgaard
