As a Sr. Product Manager on the P2 (Construction management) tools platform, you will be responsible for driving iterative product development of features from conception through launch. The tools platform includes workflow management, cost estimation and capital expense management, intake management, as well as data and reporting solutions for the Network Design Engineering & Construction teams. As a Sr. Product Manager, you will be asked to: • Develop a deep understanding of the users, current platform features, the domain, and always try to identify “what problem are we trying to solve?”  • Discover, define and validate problems presented by user insights, stakeholder priorities, organizational needs, and technical team members. • Build a clear vision and scope documentation. Define minimum viable product; identify trade-offs between feature set and time to market • Document use cases, workflows, wireframes, design requirements, and other materials needed to support product creation and refinement • Translate product requirements into Epics, User Stories, and build a shared understanding with the technical and support teams  • Collaborate with clear communication and a positive, results-oriented approach with internal teams and departments • You are an experienced product manager or business analyst who is comfortable spending time in the problem space • You can manage complexity and adjust your process to the context you’re working in • You’re as comfortable building a must have feature as you are improving a metric, or driving a long term business outcome • Your natural inclination is to work collaboratively, to be transparent and seek and give feedback continuously • You are comfortable leading teams, both directly and indirectly to build great experiences. • You thrive under pressure and in a fast paced environment Required Skills • Ability to “tell a story” about the problem that needs to be solved. • Data driven mindset when analyzing business needs or feature definition • High level understanding of how applications work – what is an API vs. micro-services vs. UI components • Able to adapt in a fast past environment when direction isn’t always clear • Comfortable communicating and/or giving feedback if the expectation is not clear • Proactive and able to self-organize and prioritize work with minimal oversight • Experience working in Agile, continuous delivery model is essential. • Product management/product design or business analyst experience   #product manager #P2(Construction management
