Just finished "Administrative Human Resources" by Catherine Mattice! Check it out: https://lnkd.in/gqwWbY7z #humanresources. On these few months searching for job after been in a place I loved to be and have great practices, I’ve been notice how many companies don’t take seriously the relevance on having a strong organization. I highly recommend this course even if you are HR, Recruiter or Manager. It has several tips on how to make things better. How to avoid make a good interview instead of an interrogation, or how to keep the employee experience properly can even help you reducing budget. In the end, HR is the record keeper of employee performance, advancement, career development, discipline, benefits, bonuses and everything in between. It is worth to always improve an organization, this way, a business always gets improved.

I haven’t posted this yet – well aware that others have 😅 – but what a pleasure it was to write the latest HR magazine cover feature. There’s been so much focus over the last few years about how HR is diversifying and becoming more business centric, more tech-enabled and thus splitting into different functional sub-parts. As such, a follow on question for the function would be: what does this mean for both opportunity in people teams and the talent the function needs? It was therefore a pleasure to speak to both senior and junior practitioners about what this might mean for talent entering into HR, what career pathways are now available, and how HR talent is supported. As a function that often thinks about the pathways and skillsets of those outside itself, it was a pleasure to go inside the function. As Al Gill told me: “The crises around work means there is no better time to be entering HR.” Thanks to Marina Kawarazaki Jig Ramji Kristian James Matt Wallace (Assoc.CIPD) Charlie Butler Dylan Hall Alastair Gill Trudi Parr Assoc CIPD Liz Sebag-Montefiore Idris Arshad Part one: https://lnkd.in/eUCKkcMp Thanks to
