🏳️🌈 The inclusion imperative for young people. A really insightful survey from LGBTQ+ gen Z: - 1 in 2 have witnessed LGBTQ+ discrimination in the workplace. - 3 out of 4 wont work for an organisation if they cannot be out at work. As an older generation member who has witnessed and been subjected to LGBTQ+ discrimination in the workplace.. It is heartening to see younger generations feel confident in their identity and prioritise employer inclusion as an imperative. It emphasis the ongoing importance for organisations to pro actively foster an LGBTQ+ sense of belonging. 🏳️🌈
Gen Z LGBTQ+ people want to be themselves at work.
