An RYZE Claim Solutions update on #HurricaneBeryl. At 5 p.m. Eastern July 2, the #NationalHurricaneCenter estimates Beryl is still a Category 5 storm with maximum sustained winds of more than 150 mph. The hurricane is projected to lose some strength but will still be a major hurricane when it hits #Jamaica early Wednesday. Here's the latest discussion about Beryl from the NHC: https://lnkd.in/gmwPu9DQ? After that, Beryl should continue to lose some strength as it approaches the Yucatan Peninsula on Friday, according to the NHC. But there is significant disagreement about the path Beryl will take, as well as the storm's strength once it reaches the Gulf of Mexico. The so-called "spaghetti" map below shows the path various models have projected for Beryl. Our thoughts at RYZE are with the people of Jamaica and the #Cayman Islands, both of which are in Beryl's path. We hope everyone potentially in the path of this storm keeps track of it's path and makes plans to react as needed. Please think safety first. RYZE stands ready to help our clients and their policy holders.
