Love this! Companies with excellent cultures provide choices when it comes to incentives. For me, building solid relationships with team members is key to discovering if an individual is motivated by time, money, recognition, or purpose… and then I tailor my management style accordingly. While the goals and expectations may be the same for everyone, driving their performance through what matters to them specifically builds trust, engagement, and ultimately, top performance.
