Today I received a thank-you note for the help and support I gave on the difficult road to becoming a manager. I was very touched and proud that these people managed to achieve their personal goals. Each of these people was different, with different life experiences and different approaches to solving everyday challenges. Each of these people overcame countless barriers and problems, took one step back and then took three steps forward, each of these people had their own individual approach to achieving their goal. Whats important for me is, that Each of these people has allowed me to witness the incredible journey they have had over the last few months. What have I learned from them, what they remind me? - the great range of possibilities in overcoming everyday obstacles - the importance of using the many resources we have around us - if you really care about something and it is important to you, even a language or cultural barrier cannot hold you back - from every stumble you can learn a valuable lesson So…..who should thank whom? To All Managers and Team Leaders - support each other and help each other grow - its mutual benefit ☺️

Yesterday evening I listened to Molly Kawahata speak on the importance of hope-based leadership, climate-hope and the power of embracing change, with Ocean Uprise Alumni Master Class, Parley for the Oceans. 👁 It was an eye-opening conversation on how hope can be learnt as a mind-set, strategy and tool for curating conversation and actively engaging communities. Within complexed and often overwhelming topics such as the climate crisis, it is more important than ever that we shift away narratives of blame and shame often placed on the consumer. Rather than addressing and re-directing our actions to a system based on fuel, and changing our storytelling narratives to those of hope, solution and intended action. ⚡️⚡️ People want to join a winning team. So start talking like the winning team. A lot of people will have doubts about you, your abilities, & what you’ve done. There will be uncertainty in your breast while a fire rages in your chest. When you start, you won’t know if you are the best for the job & you don’t wanna let your team down. But you studied your craft, you got advice from others who were successful, you outlined a plan, and you trained your team. You woke up early, trained yourself improving your coaching, leadership, empathy, etc. You changed the lives of some very important people who’ve become more than just coworkers, making relationships that will carry across your lifetime. & that’s what this was about….making lives better. Improving the lives of others is why I do what I do. Whether it’s through sales, fitness, coaching or even just lending an ear to someone who hasn’t had the chance to get one of their chest. I’m proud of my team for what they’ve accomplished but I’m even more proud of myself because I truly had a hard pivot to this role, from a seller to a manager. I’m learning what it means to be a good leader and manager still….still waking up early to teach myself, still asking for advice, still training my team, still doing the blocks of success I’ve been doing. And that’s what makes you great, just that alone. Id raise a toast to Pinnacle 2024 and raise that toast even higher to: The Continuation of Life Long Learning; the ultimate key to success. 🏆 Thank you 🙏

The Leaders of Global HRD irrespective of trade and businesses concerned! Who should be held responsible and for what???! It is the HRD-personnel who are solely responsible for failing to achieve the desired goal; simply for being incapable or reluctant to search out and recruit the right talents and/or person or personnel of worth and/or great impact ! Remember CVs of the extraordinary person or personality usually never found neither organized and complete nor so called eye catching!  So, It is not me but your need and priority should be first , to search me out and offer if I am really an extraordinary team player and a leader of changes in your businesses or other political or socioeconomic missions to get it successfully done!!
