Phenomenal talk. It’s not hateful to want to protect children from highly profitable, life-changing medical interventions and surgeries… sterility, loss of IQ & sexual orgasmic function…. that they cannot possibly consent to in an informed or any other way. I would posit that what we’ve witnessed since 2016 is a societal-wide mania… collective, narcissistic Munchausen by Proxy. A factitious disorder imposed on another, typically a child, in order to seek attention, prideful power or sympathy for the abuser - the drive to create symptoms for the victim (the belief in having a gendered soul in the wrong body) that result in unnecessary and costly diagnostic or corrective procedures. Proud to be part of this team. I truly believe anyone would benefit from one of our custom therapy intensives at Vine + Root Counseling. Our approach covers a minimum of six months worth of therapy in three days with experienced clinicians. The intensive market has become saturated in recent years making it quite confusing as to what is actually being offered. As this approach is gaining popularity, I would encourage anyone seeking a service like this to evaluate how much (actual) individual therapy you receive over the course of your intensive. A few questions to consider: Do you have an assigned therapist for your intensive, or do you switch clinicians based on who is available? Are you broken out into groups? What level of training does your therapist have? What initial work is done by their team to evaluate your therapeutic goals before you arrive? How customized is their approach? All of the questions above are crucial to evaluating how much time will be spent on you vs time spent on someone else. You don't deserve a watered-down experience when you are trying to find relief from your pain. You deserve an intensive that is focused on your healing. One of our recent intensive clients shared - “I’ve made more progress in the last 3 days with Vine + Root than I have in the last 3 years of therapy” If any of my contacts are interested in learning more about what an intensive looks like, give our full video a watch here: https://lnkd.in/gzYt_bme
Jon Madill, Director of Intensives at Vine + Root Counseling, speaks on their custom therapy intensives and how finding the right therapy approach that fits your needs can produce real change. Watch the full-length video by visiting the Vine + Root Therapy Intensives page on our site.
