Our first year of initiating a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) initiatives program has been a huge success! Through educational workshops, awareness events, and open discussions, DEIB has empowered everyone at RUN to speak up, creating an inclusive atmosphere where each voice is valued and respected. We are just getting started on this journey but we’ve had some great experiences and have learned a lot. Thank you to everyone who has helped us build a workplace that celebrates everyone’s unique identity and perspective!
