Filmed some godray reference for vfx, here’s a simple trick to keep in mind: Often times depth “hazing” isn’t a simple Z-depth lift. You can use other elements (like directional gradients for lower fog between hills, or godray occlusions at different distances) to create a greater sense of depth. #compositing #vfx #comp #nuke #photography
