Love this perspective! It's so important to recognise that different environments can fuel our creativity and productivity in unique ways. We're so glad LUNA and their incredible Grace Peris bring their vibe in here each day, and it's great to hear how Sanders Place supports their focus time. Totally agree on the 'Coffee-Shop Effect'—sometimes a change of scenery can make all the difference. If you're working in impact and this sounds like something you need, reach out. Otherwise, if someone you know is working on a world-changing idea, tag them below! #ProductivitySecretWeapon #FocusTime #NoMorePostLunchSlump #AvocadoToast #DeepWork
We all do our best work in different locations 💚 As a serial people-person, I love coming into the office to connect with the team! Working next to some of the best in the biz is inspiring, and sometimes I want to chat with them all day about what they are working on (seriously, the team at LUNA are doing some cool things!) So a big shout-out to Sanders Place for creating a space for Focus Time. I love working from here if I ever feel the post-lunch work slump. A couple of hours of focus to keep producing work, so we can keep building LUNA's P&C Function! Plus, studies have shown that changing up where we work can help with productivity! One article I love is from 2018 by Kat Boogaard, all about the 'Coffee-Shop Effect' - I will leave the link in the comments for a read, and hopefully it inspires you to switch up the work location every now and then 👏 TY justin mayne & Danielle Stamoulos 💚

🎉 Exciting Times at Arriba Labs : Celebrating My First Corporate Independence Day! I want to share how my first celebration at Arriba labs made me feel closer to my colleagues. It's not just a workplace; it's a family that cares.🤝 From day one, Arriba labs felt welcoming. This Independence Day, we made it even better. Our office looked colorful with patriotic decorations, like a big celebration. 🎨🎈 We played games that made us laugh and work together. These moments brought us closer. What amazed me was how well we work together. Arriba's culture is amazing. We talk openly, respect each other, and come up with great ideas as a team. This makes our work better. "In celebrating independence, we embrace unity; in fostering diversity, we fuel innovation. At Arriba labs, we are not just a team; we are a tapestry of dreams weaving our path to success. Happy Independence Day!" #independenceday2023 #workculture #colleagues #teambuilding #peerlearning

Strategic Development & Growth through Vision Setting, Customized Employee and Customer Experiences and by Personalized Relationship Building
Do you know the ROI of Memorable Experiences? Have you thought about it not just in your personal life but in the business world too? Once, for my daughter's 13th birthday, I splurged on tickets to a P!nk concert and even rented a limo for her and her friends. Sure, driving there would've been cheaper. But when I saw her surprise and joy, I knew I'd created a moment she'd cherish forever. Now, let's translate this to our businesses. We often get caught in the cycle of cost vs. returns. But sometimes, it's about the intangible returns. Like the joy on a team member's face after a surprise treat or the camaraderie built during a memorable team outing. These moments might seem like extra expenses, but they yield a unique ROI: - Strengthened bonds - Increased loyalty - Strong Culture - Unforgettable memories. When planning your next team event, don't just think about costs. Consider the long-term return on these priceless moments. Have you invested in such memories for your team? How did it turn out?

What a day we had in the Ardennes! Are you ready for a laugh? 😂❄️ Our quarterly session kicked off with a snowy wonderland all around us, making the morning meeting kind of magical. But little did we know, the real adventure was about to begin after lunch! 🗺️ After a hearty meal, we were split into 4 groups, blindfolded, and thrown into cars! Each team had a compass, a map, and a brave soul from the leadership team acting as a 'silent photographer'. Our mission? Find our way back to base camp. Sounds easy, right? Well, let's just say our navigation skills are a work in progress. 😅 Two teams managed to navigate the snowy terrain and make it back on their own just after sunset – double kudos to them! 🏆🏆 The 3rd team had to be 'rescued' as darkness set in, and the 4th team, well, they found another 'quicker solution' than being rescued. Still stuck in the middle of the woods as it began to get darker, they decided to follow random tire tracks and found a closed playground in the middle of the forest. They knocked on the door... Sounds like the beginning of a horror movie, right? 😱 But luckily for them (and for our company), the friendliest woman ever answered the door and drove them all the way back to base camp. Talk about unexpected teamwork! 💪 🌲 Anyway, if you ever need someone to navigate a landscape that looks nothing like the map due to snow, maybe don't call us. But if you're looking for a team that laughs louder than the echo in the woods, that goes the extra mile (even if it's in the wrong direction ), and genuinely cares for one another – look no further! 🚀 Do YOU want to join our next adventure? Come be a part of a team that loves working together and knows how to turn a challenge into a hilarious memory. Check out our routes on Strava for a good laugh and our careers page for your next mission! 🔗 https://lnkd.in/ekW_td9F

We are thrilled to celebrate Amber Cooley's fifth anniversary working with Uncommon Bold! Our clients constantly rave about her quality of work and we are very lucky to have her with us. She is an absolute superstar when it comes to brand research and project management. We asked Amber a few questions to reflect on her time at Uncommon Bold so far, and these were their responses: (1) What has been your favorite part of working at Uncommon Bold? - I love working with a team full of amazing women who are supportive and genuine. My teammates feel like family and there’s a sense of camaraderie that makes every day enjoyable! (2) What do you feel has been your biggest accomplishment thus far? - My proudest accomplishment with UB has probably been leading the project management for Artists Remaking Medicine. From sourcing collaborators to coordinating between dozens of contributors to developing content for the book, I had the opportunity to showcase my creative side and simultaneously leverage my management skills in a valuable way. It was incredibly rewarding to participate in all of the strategic planning and back-end logistics that ultimately led to the creation of a beautiful (and bestselling) book! (3) What advice would you give yourself one year ago? - Prioritize work-life balance. When you make self-care a ritual, you thrive both in out of the office.
