So my thought is, why not cater more of our branding nans design efforts to this audience? The truth is, many companies have already started to make the pivot towards the budding generation by implementing bold, modern typefaces and clean, bright color palettes. However, I wanted to create an identity for a product in an underrepresented space. I used AI to create a brief for a wellness company that sells vitamins and supplements geared towards our GenZers. "Be it 'lead generation' or 'increasing followers,' your stories should not be affected by the end goal." While creating a personal brand, we often overlook the foundational element. The element of “Personal Touch” People say LinkedIn is all about a professional space. Agreed! But what does a personal brand mean? Does this mean sharing a lot of stats or behind the scenes of your business. Does this mean sharing information about your industry. Does this mean educating the audience about what you’re building. Personal Branding surely includes all the points mentioned above but this is not all. A good mix of personal and professional content always helps. If you balance the above with also simultaneously sharing a few instances from your personal life, it will do magic. Share who in your life motivated you by sharing some instances. Share how you convinced your family to chase your dreams. Share how people around you contribute towards your goals. By doing this, you cannot imagine how well will people keep you in their memory forever! You can’t predict with which post of yours they will recall you every single time. You can’t predict which posts resonate with them and they end up hiring you! Despite “Personal Branding” being a fairly new field, it’s gotten crowded. So, think about the field you come from. It’s not always about the industry you come from. There are always some breaking things undone in your field. Chase them. Give it a personal touch and embrace your story. Changes in personal behavior might take a while to be reflected in business This trend in dating seems like one of those forward-looking indicators Initial introductions, it seems, now increasingly happen online A first 'real life' meeting is still most likely to happen at a bar or a restaurant but the crucial vetting stage happens online This won't surprise anybody here but it seems safe to assume that this behavior is here to stay Buyers, I am sure, will increasingly go online to find solutions And just as you probably would think twice about hiring anyone without an online presence, you'll be less likely to make a purchase from somebody without some kind of online presence Ideally an online presence that demonstrates the kind of value you deliver
