After months of diligently searching for and securing a leased location, my client successfully closed her loan. I had the incredible pleasure of serving as the commencement speaker for John Marshall School of Information Technology - Class of 2024 Graduation on Saturday, May 25! What an amazing experience! I shared an inspirational message, urging the graduates to dream big and work hard. Beyond the speech, I had the honor of greeting and congratulating each student on stage as they received their diploma. It was truly a feel-good opportunity, and I am grateful to John Marshall H.S. for inviting me to be part of this special day. Presiding Over My Last Board Meeting as PBS Western Reserve Board Chairwoman! For the past five years, I have had the immense pleasure of overseeing the dynamic organization that is PBS Western Reserve. Together with my supportive vice chair and fellow board members, we navigated numerous challenges and celebrated significant achievements. During my tenure, we faced a global pandemic, undertook a major organizational restructure, and hired two new presidents and CEOs, among other milestones. One of the proudest moments of my career is serving as the first black person to hold the position of Chairwoman. This achievement is particularly meaningful to me, knowing that my father, who always emphasized the importance of giving back to the community, would be incredibly proud. I am deeply grateful to the staff and board members for the lunch held in my honor. Additionally, I sincerely appreciate the closing gifts and the proclamation, which will serve as cherished reminders of my time with PBS Western Reserve. Thank you to everyone who made this journey memorable and impactful.

With the assistance of my dynamite closing team, I ended the month of March with seven loan closings totaling roughly $3MM.
