For the longest time, building in healthcare felt like a lonely journey for me. But over the years, working with founders and enablers gave me the confidence and enthusiasm to do way more and help others around me. Amongst other deep sectoral initiatives that we are instituting at PeerCapital, #HealthCraze is amongst the ones where we had so much fun, collaboration and learning through the last year that we have decided to bring this as a rolling community event to multiple cities starting this time in Delhi. These close gatherings have become incredible opportunities to build bridges, share knowledge, and foster collaborations that drive real change, learn from experiential interactions and build amazing connections. Kennedy Recently, I had the incredible opportunity to interact with a group of amazing teens through the incredible efforts by The Eka Fellowship , an initiative dedicated to empowering driven children from various backgrounds to become inspiring leaders. These young minds are the future, and it was a privilege to share insights about entrepreneurship and the boundless opportunities around them. We chatted about the basics of business building blocks, how to size markets & the importance of starting strong. We also discussed how to build effective teams & think about culture from the start. Their enthusiasm, unfiltered questions, no confirmation bias and genuine curiosity got me all tangled up. As an #entrepreneur and a venturer, I was thrilled to take up the invite from Suraj Moraje to play a small role in the canvas presented to these ambitious kids to paint their future.
